Mr Femi Akingbe
Chairman
Mr. Akingbe is Chairman Board of Directors, a Chartered Accountant who started his professional career in 1976 with Audit Firms including Price Waterhouse & Co. (1978-80).
He joined Chase Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited in 1980 as a Credit Analyst, rose to become Lagos Branch Manager of the bank in 1984 and left as an Assistant General Manager (Head of Credit Policy Dept.) in January 1988. In September 1983, Mr. Akingbe completed the 12 Month Credit Development Program of Chase
Manhattan Bank, N. A., New York, and was graded “Outstanding”. Mr. Akingbe is the Chief Executive Officer, Ventures & Trusts Ltd and has exceptional competence in relationship/portfolio management, financial consultancy and venture capital services, product marketing and international trade finance. He chairs the board and ensures strict compliance with all best practices and standards of good governance for the group; he brings his vast experience and network to propel the growth of Fenchurch Group.
Mr. Akingbe is also Chairman Agusto & Co (The foremost pan-African credit rating agency); He is the Chairman of VT Leasing Limited, and the Vice Chairman of Global Haulage Resources Limited. He serves as a Director of Emerald Energy Resources Limited, Helios Tower Nigeria and Academy Press Business Forms Limited.
Olufemi Bakare is the CEO of Fenchurch Group, a leading infrastructure-focused conglomerate with interests in Power and Energy across Nigeria and West Africa.
A Business Executive with over 20 years of diverse expertise in Business Management, and implementing operational strategies and has been responsible for the growth of Fenchurch Group of Companies. He has extensive experience and is responsible for acquisition strategies, project structuring/development
and implementation of effective corporate governance across all Fenchurch subsidiary companies.
He has, over the last 13 years, led the growth and development of Fenchurch from a single logistics company to a strong presence in the Energy and Power sectors, especially in the development and ownership of Independent Power Plants (IPPs) and mini electrical power distribution grid systems across the country to bridge the power gap and contribute to the development narrative of the country.
Prior to founding Fenchurch, he worked at Petroconsultants- MIA (IHS Energy) UK and Zenon Oil and Gas Nigeria. He sits on the boards of Zeric Energy Resources Limited, Terra Green Limited, and the Sickle Cell Aid Foundation of Nigeria; he is the Chairman of Bremen O&M Nigeria Limited, the Vice Chairman of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Power Sector Group, and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD).
Olufemi Bakare has been awarded the Special Recognition Award by the Rotary Club in recognition of Entrepreneurial Competence and Service to Humanity in 2020. He was awarded the esteemed Paul Harris Fellow Award by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International in 2024. Likewise, Fenchurch Group, over which he presides as CEO, was awarded a special recognition for Professional Excellence in The Power Sector by The International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) Nigeria Chapter in 2022, He was recognized as one of the leading CEOs of 2022 in Nigeria by The Guardian Newspaper.
He holds an LLB (Hons) Law from LSBU (UK) and a BVC from Inns of Court School of Law (ICSL). He has been a panelist at various events, notably Lagos Start Up Week – The Future of Energy 2022, Lagos, and The Domestic Gas Summit: Gas to Power Value Chain, Abuja Chamber of Commerce, 2023, to name a few. He has authored various articles on Power and Infrastructure, including Efficient Power: Addressing a Critical Element in Nigeria’s Agro-Industrial Revolution, 15th May 2020; Power and Internet of Things: Energy Efficiency as Catalyst for Technological Innovation and Economic Growth in Nigeria 2023.
Mr Lolu Akingbe

Lolu is a resourceful individual with broad experience of over 25 years in Infrastructure development (Information Technology focus), Strategy Planning and Project Management. He has a strong base and is known for managing diverse teams and resources to drive successful completion of projects and initiatives. Backed by a strong proven record of developing efficient processes, governance and control protocols; he is an excellent solution provider and management of project stakeholders.
He is energetic, trusted, and prides himself on delivering excellence across Fenchurch Group. Lolu has a wealth of experience that spans multiple business units and functional areas working in highly regulated environments in both the public and private sector in Nigeria and in the UK where he previously was based before moving to Nigeria.
Lolu holds a BSc in Mathematics from Lagos State University, Lagos Nigeria , and MSc computing and Information Systems from University of Greenwich , London, England.
Lolu is a football fan , a chess player, and serves on several private committees that support education for the less privileged.

Mr Adeyemi is a knowledgeable energy professional whose varied experiences have honed a deeply technical and commercial capability.
He has over 20 years of expertise in Field Development Projects (Reservoir Management, Drilling & Completion, Production, Installation and Commissioning); with a strong focus on Business Operational issues regarding Large Offshore Facilities in the North Sea and Gulf of Guinea and Power Generation and Distribution services in Nigeria.
He has extensive knowledge in Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management and establishing best in-class Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Culture. At Fenchurch Group, he was responsible for overseeing the groups wide range of operational delivery Services for Nigeria and Africa. He is currently the Managing Director of Fenchurch Power, the groups diversification into the power generation infrastructure business and Chief Executive Officer of Fenchurch-Michelson West Africa; Prior to Fenchurch he led and managed projects for clients including BP, Total, Shell, Maurel et Prom, Tullow and Chevron; at Metacor (ECM), where he was responsible for Project Controls, Planning and Strategy, and at Weatherford International, where he was the regional Project Manager responsible for Drilling and Production Services for sub-Saharan Africa. He sits on the board of Zeric Energy Resources, Fenchurch Group, Soft App Limited, Alder Shot Power, Ekiti IPP Limited, Sync Systems West Africa and BPSL Nigeria.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering (B. Eng.) from University of Lagos, (MSc) in Oil and Gas Engineering, from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Scotland and has attended various courses at Energy Institute UK and Institute of Petroleum Engineering.

Segun is an Economist and Chartered Management Accountant with extensive transaction experience/skills covering all Equities & Debts Origination, Structuring, Syndication and, Project Finance & Infrastructure, Structured Credits, Corporate Banking, Financial Advisory, Portfolio Management, Strategy, Corporate & Business Transformation, Commercial and Retail Banking, Micro, Small, and Medium Entreprise Financing
He has executed deals over US $6.7
billion covering financial services and key growth sectors of power, maritime & and logistics, infrastructure, real estate & hospitality, oil & gas, and structured finance.
He has at different times held leadership positions in key notable financial institutions such as:

Segun is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria where he graduated with a B.Sc. Honours Degree (Second-Class Upper Division) in Demography and Social Statistics. He also holds a postgraduate degree in MIEM (Master’s in International Economics and Management) from the prestigious SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, Italy. As part of the MIEM programme, Segun spent a semester in the 2nd Year MBA programme at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, New Hampshire, USA.

Mr. Brian N. Nalishuwa is a seasoned investment and business
strategy specialist with practical experience in various sectors
including but not limited to Power and Energy, Banking and
Insurance, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Mining and Oil and Gas
Sectors.
In addition to holding a Master of Business Administration
(“MBA”), Honours Degree in Economics and Bachelor’s Degree in
Economics and Managements Sciences, Mr. Nalishuwa is also a certified
member of the Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
Besides being a successful entrepreneur, founder and senior partner of InvestEcon Group
Limited, Mr. Nalishuwa has strong international exposure working for various international banks and utility scale companies including but not limited to UBS Bank of Switzerland,
Consolidated Power Projects of South Africa, Consolidated Infrastructure Group of Mauritius, the
Industrial Development Corporation of Zambia and Copperbelt Energy Corporation of Zambia.
During his long-term proven experience, Mr. Nalishuwa directly managed the implementation of
deal pipelines of over USD1 Billion worth of projects, rendered oversight of portfolio companies
with a consolidated value in excess of USD10 Billion and specialised in portfolio structuring and
management, mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring negotiation and closing.
Mr. Nalishuwa has served on various prestigious boards of local and international companies
from various sectors including but not limited to Mining, Power and Energy, Manufacturing and FMCG.

She advises on company formations, corporate security issues, statutory regulatory and compliance issues amongst others.
She is proficient in providing legal advice covering such areas of the law as international joint ventures, venture & development capitalists, regulatory and licensing regimes. She is also the Managing Partner at Legal Inn; prior Adewunmi was the head of the Legal and Regulatory at Axenergy Limited, she was senior associate at the law firm of Sefton Fross and also worked as an Associate at Templars, Barristers and Solicitors.
